The Fundamentals BJJ Program is designed for a new student to learn the core techniques and concepts in Jiu-Jitsu. The curriculum focuses on the fundamental positions used in Jiu-Jitsu and the basic techniques that stem from those positions.
The Fundamentals BJJ classes are taught so that a new student of any physical fitness level, with no experience in martial arts, will be able to learn in a safe and comfortable training environment.
