Kickboxing (Acton)

The beginners Kickboxing program is designed for a new student to be able to put on the gloves for the first time and learn the fundamentals of striking. Students will learn how to throw basic combinations and how to hold focus mitts and Thai pads. There is no sparring in the beginners class. Students may opt in to sparring once they move into the intermediate classes.

This class is built so that a new student of any physical fitness level, with no experience in martial arts, will be able to learn in a safe and comfortable training environment.

Curriculum Includes:

  • Basics strikes and combinations of punching, kicking, knees and elbows
  • Heavy Bag work
  • How to hold focus mitts and Thai pads
  • Footwork and defensive strategies
  • Question and Answer with instructors

We offer new students a trial period of 6 Weeks of classes for $69 plus a FREE pair of boxing gloves and a tee-shirt!
